Terms of use

Draft for attorney review. This text has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer.

By using CatchMass you agree to these terms.

Schedules can change

We work hard to keep times accurate and show when and where each time was verified, but parishes change schedules, sometimes at short notice. Please confirm with the parish when it matters, especially for holy days and special events. CatchMass is provided “as is” without warranties.

Your contributions

When you send a correction, photo or message, you confirm you have the right to share it and allow us to use it to improve schedule information. Don't send anything unlawful, private about other people, or unrelated to church schedules.

Parish staff

Staff who claim a parish confirm that they are authorized to speak for it, and are responsible for the accuracy of what they post.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape the site in bulk, overload it, or try to get around rate limits or security. Organizations that need data access can ask about our data API.

Links

We link to parish websites, bulletins, maps and other sites we don't control and aren't responsible for.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date of the latest version is shown on this page.
